B2 was retired. Here’s what replaced it.
The old visa-on-arrival index. Renumbered rather than split — visa on arrival still exists, as B1.
The "e-VOA" label is still correct and still in use. It is the index number underneath it that changed.

The category still exists; it was renumbered in the restructure. Everything below reads from the current index, so the conditions are the live ones.
Why the code changed
Indonesia renumbered its whole visa system
The system went from 133 types to 110, and the purpose codes became far more specific. The stated intent was to remove redundant categories and force applicants to declare a specific purpose, so immigration can monitor activity accurately.
